CostTag terms & Policy for Drop Ship Accounts


CostTag provides drop ship services to our valued customers.  This service allows you to sell goods without any need to keep inventory, packaging or shipping.  Just do the sell and keep the profit.


All drop shipping packages will be shipped blind, only accompanied paper work will be those provided by customer. 


Price of items are drop shipped as CostTag’s published prices.  No extra charges for single unit shipped.


Credit privileges follow CostTag regular company credit procedures.  If any customer has not established a credit term with CostTag, all shipments need to be paid in full, including shipping charges prior to any shipment. 


As our partner in sales, you will have access to all needed information to present items on your virtual store, including images and specs.  


     FedEx is used for most CostTag shipments but are not limited to other    

      shipping services.  Freight charges are included on all prices     

      listed. CostTag ships only within the continental US.  CostTag does     

      not ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. 


Return Authorization (RA) number is issued to defective units per CostTag’s return policy (please see attached).  End user may return back any defective goods directly to CostTag, provided the customer has already obtained a RA number.  The RA number must appear on all returned boxes.  Any shipment without a RA number will be rejected and send back to the sender.   


1.    We will no longer ship to any P.O. Box address.  If any P.O. Box orders are made, you (the seller) will be 100 percent liable for any and all orders.  Our company will not take responsibility for any orders provided with a P.O Box address. 

2.    At time of delivery, if an order shipment is refused or not picked from the postal/ups store, you the seller will be liable for all fright charges.   If your customer would like the order to be reshipped, you (the seller) will also be liable for all shipping charges.     

3.    FedEx/USPS require an affidavit for a claim.  We will not issue an automatic refund or exchange until we have received the required signed affidavit from your customer.
