costtag Return Policy For Drop Ship Program

CostTag Return Policy


If an item is delivered DOA (dead on Arrival), CostTag will issue a return label to retrieve the defective unit for credit or exchange.  Customer will have 14 days from the date of shipment to notify CostTag of the problem, to qualify for DOA classification.


Defective units must be packed in original package, with sufficient protection to protect the unit from any damage during transit back to CostTag.  CostTag cannot accept physically damaged units for refund, or exchange.
